Refund Policy

Haliburton Heavy Equipment Operator School maintains a fair and transparent refund policy consistent with its published course catalog.

Non-refundable fees include the application fee, PPE fee, ID card fee, and textbook fee.

Refundable tuition and technology/equipment fees are calculated based on the percentage of the program completed, determined by the student’s last date of attendance.

0.01%–4.9% completed: 20% retained
5%–9.9% completed: 30% retained
10%–14.9% completed: 40% retained
15%–24.9% completed: 45% retained
25%–49.9% completed: 70% retained
50% or more completed: 100% retained

Any refund due will be issued within 45 days of official withdrawal or determination of withdrawal. If a course is canceled prior to start, a full refund will be issued.
